These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of porchlightquotes.com and the services provided by Porchlight Quotes LLC ("Porchlight," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a quote request or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Porchlight Quotes is a free referral service that connects Portland–Vancouver metro homeowners with a single licensed local contractor for roofing, gutter, and fencing projects. We verify project details via phone call and match each request to one contractor exclusively.
Porchlight Quotes is a referral platform only. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform any home services. The contractor matched to your request is an independent professional. Porchlight is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by matched contractors.
By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to be contacted by Porchlight Quotes and/or the matched contractor by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), or email regarding your project. This includes contact by automated or AI-assisted systems. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Each quote request is matched to one contractor only. By submitting a request, you understand that your contact information will be shared with that single contractor for the purpose of providing a free estimate.
Our referral service is free to homeowners. We may receive compensation from contractors for successful lead matches. This does not affect the quality of our matching or the contractor's pricing to you.
All contractors on our platform are required to hold an active Oregon CCB license or Washington L&I license at the time of matching. Porchlight verifies license status at signup and periodically thereafter. However, we do not guarantee the ongoing licensure, insurance, or quality of any contractor.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your quote request. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Porchlight Quotes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or your relationship with a matched contractor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
